The Otelia residence is located in Lyon, 250 metres from the T2 Route de Vienne tram stop and 500 metres from T4 Jet d'Eau - Mendès France tram stop. It has a spa and relaxation area and rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning and a kitchenette. Guests of the Ôtelia residence have access to the spa at a supplement and the relaxation area, which includes a sauna, hammam and a fitness room. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel. All studios and apartments also have a private bathroom and lift access. Each kitchenette has a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. You can request access to kitchenware at reception. The Perrache Train Station and Part Dieu Train Station are a 12-minute drive from the property. The restaurant on the Berthelot side is open from Monday to Friday.
