Reception staff are lovely and helpful. An interesting location right on the strolling route between the Mausoleum (wonderful) and the new caravansaray shopping complex (not taken off yet).

The breakfast was very tasty and made it possible to make healthy choices. (I'm talking about dining in the Club) The Club also had very nice staff - Marina, Olzas, Jekaterina and Ainu The location of the hotel is very good - in the center.

All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .
