Check in was a breeze! The room was clean and quite nice. Every time we stay here, the staff is great! "Good morning"s and "afternoon"s all around. It's probably just me, but It's really nice to see smiling faces and good attitudes, that don't feel forced. Breakfast was great as usual and check out was as simple as handing key cards to Shereeka, and saying, "See you next time!" 😉

My favorite getaway! We love to come down and just relax and unwind from life. Walking the strip, sampling the foods, browsing the shops.
They have added a new restaurant names Puckers, it was PACKED so we didn't stop in, Fanny Farkles will always be one of my favorites

I love Gatlinburg—a great place to take your kids and still have fun with your spouse. We had the best time of our life together and only stayed 2 days. I wish we could have stayed there longer, and if I could, I would move to Gatlinburg. 💕

We were snow chasing and boy did we catch it!!
We were snow chasing and boy did we catch it!! We had a blast walking up and down the strip in the snow. SkyPark was awesome, once at the top you can see the whole strip and the lights are beautiful. We stayed up there for awhile so my grandson could play in the snow and make a snowman while we sat by the fire. It's our favorite thing to do when in Gatlinburg. We also love to eat at the New Orleans café. It never disappoints. The seafood gumbo is to die for. It's family owned and the grandmother makes the gumbo herself. We let my grandson mine for gems and even though it seemed alittle expensive, it was worth it and very educational.
We have been to Gatlinburg during all seasons now and the winter might be the best. The snow was gorgeous.

The atmosphere was refreshing and the snow was beautiful.
The atmosphere was refreshing and the snow was beautiful. The shops were open and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food choices were plentiful and most attractions were open. Trams were running and gave wonderful advice and suggestions on where to go and what to see. Loved Ruby! The Peddler and the melting pot were beyond special, they made the trip extremely memorable. Make reservations days early for the peddler because it is so busy. Best steak in town!

Gatlinburg is a beautiful town with many attractions. The people are laid back and helpful if you have any questions. The mountains are always breathtaking and definitely check out the salt and pepper shaker museum. It's probably the best value of anything you will find.

We love Gatlinburg so much, we come every single year.
We love Gatlinburg so much, we come every single year. Our favorite thing to do is walk the strip and go into all the shops, restaurants and enjoy the adult beverage taste tests (breweries, wineries, distilleries, ciders, moinshine - truly has it ALL!). The funnest thing we do is ride the mountain coasters - the ones on the strip and the ones in Pigeon Forge. Gatlingburg offers so much to do for individuals, couples, families and or a group of friends. It's one of our favorite locations for vacations.

Check-in and check out were smooth. The Room was clean and look to have been recently refurbished. Beds were comfortable and clean. Amenities were simple, but fit our needs for this trip. Worth the expense to be in downtown and easy walking distance from everything in Gatlinburg. And we never had problems with parking, which is always great.
Perfect location within a 5-10 min walk to the main area in Gatlinburg but not too close to be noisy. We also saw a friendly black bear walk through the car park late at night which was a wonderful experience. The room was well decorated and clean and there was allocated parking right outside the front door.
The location is very good. Right beside Gatlinburg Skypark. Free parking inside the hotel area. 8 min walk to take the gondola or the chairlift to Anakesta. Many restaurants, shops by the street and the room was quiet. Good Wi-Fi. Typical american breakfast. The staff were nice and helpful.
Location was quiet and on the river. Near the Smokey Mountain Park entrance. The staff was very friendly and quickly took care of a couple small things.
