Excellent business and touristic hotel. Breakfast is really exceptional, with plenty of options. Microwave oven available to heat your bentos, laundry machine. A bus is needed to reach the hotel from the train station, but it's very well located, near a commercial district, with a big mall, restaurants and shopping streets. The mall has an intercity bus station, that we used to visit other places around Kumamoto, like Takachiho.

The location was perfect, close to trams, Shimitori and Sakuramachi shopping centre and bus station.
There was also a Seven Eleven right next door.
Staff were great and the free onsen was excellent!
