Hotel is 5 minutes away from the Incheon Airport which was convenient for us as we had an early morning flight the next day. There is an open play area and playground for kids on L2. Excellent service. Spacious room with an efficient layout. Special mention to the Concierge who helped us booked a cab when we missed the shuttle bus. And also Lucas from the Guest Service Center who helped us locate items we left behind.

Perfect location.. free shuttle to airport just 5 minutes down the road.. All facilities in the room , even a washing machine.. So ideal.. And even a lot of restaurants in the building.. You have everything you need.. So with any hesitation to recommend and come there again.. The only thing was the instructions to get there.. It is easier to stop at the bus stop after 7 eleven when coming from terminal 2 than stop at Hyatt hotel.. Thank you

Providing a free shuttle bus from Incheon International Airport, Hotel Hu Incheon Airport offers cosy and modern rooms with a kitchenette. Hotel was really comfortable, the room was clean and had everything you needed. Water, toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors which you won't find in many hotels in Korea. Very close to the airport and there is a free bus to Terminal 1 and 2. Polite and kind staff. CU and laundry room on the first floor. I don’t know why the hotel has such low ratings but for us it was nice place for staying!
