Why am I receiving the wrong regional news?

The regional news you receive is determined by your postcode. For Sky viewers the postcode is programmed into your viewing card. If your viewing card has not identified the correct region for your postcode, you will need to contact Sky directly at www.sky.com. This may happen if you've recently moved and not updated your address with Sky.

For Freesat viewers, your postcode is set manually within your set top box or Freesat television. Please refer to your user manual for instructions on how to set your postcode correctly.
