Meera’s background includes strategic, financial, and operational experience from her time at Yale University, where she managed a $1B budget (of a $4B organization), led M&A transactions, and secured business development relationships with corporate partners. Most recently, she worked with early-stage venture funds and incubators like Create Venture Studio and Polymath Capital Partners and was responsible for launching business ventures and sourcing investments in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, and ecommerce. Meera has a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Arvind Sujeeth
Arvind Sujeeth

CEO of Billables AI

Arvind is the co-founder and CEO of Billables AI, the AI toolkit for modern professional service providers such as lawyers, accountants and consultants. Billables’ Automated Time Report automatically captures billable activity as users work and generates the first draft of a client bill completely from scratch. Arvind is a serial entrepreneur. His first startup, mines.io, used machine learning and AI to develop sophisticated credit models and disburse micro loans to consumers in emerging markets. Most recently, he was a VP Engineering at SambaNova Systems, and helped develop the world’s fastest full stack, vertically integrated hardware+software platform for generative AI. Arvind holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in computer systems from Stanford University and a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Catherine Lu

CEO of Essential

Catherine Lu is the Founder & CEO of Essential, an AI-powered software platform for fire & life safety businesses. She started the company earlier this year to solve the problems experienced by her parents. Before Essential, Catherine was an investor at Alumni Ventures for 6 years. Before VC, she was Director of Product at DataVisor where she helped the company grow from Series A to Series C and a former founder whose company was acquired by Palantir. She graduated from Stanford with a BS and MS in Computer Science with a focus on AI.

Ran Zhao
Ran Zhao

Ran Zhao is a technical founder with a profound background in artificial intelligence. He holds advanced degrees in AI, including a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.A. from Yale University. Randy previously led large language model projects at Huawei, demonstrating his expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies.

Before his ventures in AI leadership, Randy gained valuable experience as a consultant with both Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company, where he honed his strategic and analytical skills. He also has a strong footing in the venture capital space, having been an investor with multiple firms in both China and the United States.
