据新华社快讯：7月23日，国新办举行“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”系列主题新闻发布会。公安部刑侦局政委姜国利表示，“十四五”期间，刑事案件立案数大幅下降。其中，2024年立案数同比下降25.7%。命案发案率持续走低，2024年中国每10万人命案发生数为0.44起，是世界上命案发案率最低的国家之一。
