Jeri Ryan

Jeri Lynn Ryan (born Jeri Lynn Zimmermann; February 22, 1968) is an American actress best known for her role as the Borg, Seven of Nine, on Star Trek: Voyager, for which she won two Saturn Award.

Ryan is also known for her role as Veronica "Ronnie" Cooke on Boston Public (2001–04). She was a regular on the science fiction series Dark Skies (1997) and the legal drama series Shark (2006–08). In 2009, she guest stars on the series Leverage as Tara Cole. From 2011 to 2013, she starred as Dr. Kate Murphy in the ABC drama series Body of Proof.

Early life

Ryan was born in Munich, West Germany, the daughter of Gerhard Florian "Jerry" Zimmermann, a Master Sergeant in the United States Army, and his wife Sharon, a social worker. She has one older brother, Mark. As a "military brat", Ryan grew up on Army posts in Kansas, Maryland, Hawaii, Georgia and Texas. When she was 11, her father retired from the Army and the family settled in Paducah, Kentucky. She graduated from Lone Oak High School in 1986 (as a National Merit Scholar), and then attended Northwestern University, where she was a member of the Alpha Phi sorority.

Windell Middlebrooks

Windell Dwain Middlebrooks, Jr. (January 8, 1979 – March 9, 2015) was an American actor and singer. He was most well known for his role in The Suite Life on Deck as Kirby Morris, a security guard on the cruise ship. He also starred in Body of Proof and Ace in the Hole.

Early life

Middlebrooks was born in Fort Worth, Texas He was an alumnus of Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Communications, the Los Angeles Film Studies Center, and University of California, Irvine, where he earned a Master of Fine Arts in acting in 2004.

Career

For one season, he worked at the famed TEXAS Musical Drama as hospitality, yet he would have a tremendous acting career on the stage. Middlebrooks worked on The Suite Life on Deck, Hannah Montana, My Name is Earl, and Chocolate News. He is best known for his Miller High Life beer ads, playing a deliveryman who, if he considers the situation to be adverse to "the high life" (such as an expensive restaurant or a skybox at a baseball game), will confiscate all the Miller High Life from the location. He appeared in HBO's Entourage and portrayed a recurring character in the ninth season of Scrubs.

Geoffrey Arend

Geoffrey Arend (born February 28, 1978) is an American film, television, voice and theater actor. He is married to actress Christina Hendricks.

Early life and career

Arend was born in the Manhattan borough of New York City. His mother is Pakistani and his father is of German and English ancestry. He graduated from New York City's Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in 1996. In 1998, Arend joined the cast of Daria as the voice artist for obnoxious flirt Charles "Upchuck" Ruttheimer III. He would voice Upchuck until the end of the series in 2002, as well as in the video game Daria's Inferno. After the show finished, Arend landed small roles in films such as Super Troopers and Bubble Boy. He played a mentally challenged man in the film The Ringer, and then had a supporting role in the romantic comedy (500) Days of Summer. On October 11, 2009, Arend married actress Christina Hendricks, who is known for her role in Mad Men.

Arend previously appeared in the medical drama television series Body of Proof, which aired on ABC from March 29, 2011 to May 28, 2013 and currently plays speech writer Matt Mahoney on the CBS drama Madam Secretary.

Body of Proof is an American medical drama television series that ran on ABC from March 29, 2011, to May 28, 2013, and starred Dana Delany as medical examiner Dr. Megan Hunt. The series was created by Chris Murphey and produced by ABC Studios. The show was canceled by ABC after three seasons.

Overview and production

The series stars Dana Delany as Dr. Megan Hunt, a medical examiner. The show focuses on Hunt's efforts to balance the demands of her professional life, dealing with solving cases and analyzing bodies, with her personal life, trying to reconnect with her estranged daughter. Hunt was a top-flight neurosurgeon, until she had a life-changing automobile accident and then accidentally killed a patient on the operating table. This resulted in her resignation, and retirement from the profession altogether. Though set in Philadelphia, the first season of Body of Proof was filmed in Providence, Rhode Island and some other locations including Woonsocket and Warwick, Rhode Island. The Medical Examiner's office is actually the GTECH HQ / Providence Warwick Visitors Bureau and surrounding buildings superimposed on the real Philadelphia skyline. The series was originally titled Body of Evidence but was later renamed Body of Proof. It was announced that the second season of the show would be filmed in Los Angeles to take advantage of a $7 million tax credit.Body of Proof is the third ABC television series starring Dana Delany in a main character role, the first being the role of Colleen McMurphy in China Beach and the second being Katherine Mayfair in Desperate Housewives.

The third and final season of Body of Proof, an American television series created by Christopher Murphey, aired in the United States from February 19, 2013 to May 28, 2013 and consisted of 13 episodes. It follows the life and career of Dr. Megan Hunt, a medical examiner, once a neurosurgeon, who now works in Philadelphia's Medical Examiner's office after a car accident ended her neurosurgery career.

On May 10, 2013, ABC canceled Body of Proof after three seasons. Immediately after the cancellation news, there were reports that the series might be picked up by a cable television network, with TNT, USA Network and WGN America all showing interest. On May 23, however, a rep for ABC Studios confirmed that Body of Proof would not move to a new network.Dana Delany confirmed that the May 28, 2013 season finale would also be the series finale with a Tweet: "Thank you to all who campaigned for #BodyOfProof4. 3rd most watched drama @abcnetwork thanks to you. I will miss Dr. Megan Hunt & Co. RIP."

Dana Welles Delany (born March 13, 1956) is an American film, stage, and television actress, producer, presenter, and health activist.

Delany has been active in show business since the late 1970s. Following small roles early in her career, Delany garnered her first leading role in 1987 in the short-lived NBC sitcom Sweet Surrender and achieved wider fame in 1988–1991 as First Lieutenant Colleen McMurphy on the ABC television show China Beach, for which she won two Primetime Emmy Awards (1989, 1992). She received further recognition for her performances in the films Light Sleeper (1992), Tombstone (1993), Exit to Eden (1994), The Margaret Sanger Story (1995), Fly Away Home (1996), True Women (1997), and Wide Awake (1998). Since the mid-1990s, Delany has served on the board of the Scleroderma Research Foundation.

In the 2000s, Delany returned to television with a string of short-lived television series beginning with Pasadena (2001), Presidio Med (2002–2003), and Kidnapped (2006–2007). From 2007 to 2010, Delany played Katherine Mayfair on the ABC series Desperate Housewives.
