For example, shoppers can click on parts of a harness to see detailed explanations or learn how to measure their dog for the perfect fit.

The team also introduced interactive quizzes to personalize the shopping experience, which led to a 34% higher conversion rate. Shoppers answer questions about their dog’s activities and needs, and an engaging video guides them to the right product.

For its B2B distributors, Non-stop dogwear developed training videos that mimicked real-world sales scenarios. Shop employees could navigate quizzes that guided them through typical customer questions, equipping them to recommend products confidently.

Outcome

The results have been transformative. With interactive content, customers now feel more confident in their purchases, contributing to improved conversion rates. Return rates have also dropped as more customers choose the correct sizes using video tutorials.
