Went to take back some underwear that…Wolverhampton
Went to take back some underwear that had only been worn twice and the seams had fallen apart. I told staff that I had laundered them before returning, first I was told they wouldn't change them because they had been worn, but on speaking to the manageress I was told I could have a refund or exchange, I took the offer to exchange but coming back to the counter I heard a young male say it was disgusting to have to touch someones underwear that had been worn, I asked him if he wanted me to dispose of them but he said no. I was made to feel so small in front of other customers. This young man with a mop of untidy hair definitely needs a lesson in customer services.
