You raised the price for garden lamps…

You raised the price for garden lamps in 8 weeks for 50€ for me not understandable

door keys replaces free of charge

A doorkey of my new mailbox broke in two because of my clumsiness, but Doika send me two spare keys free of charge. Super!

Customer service experience

Although we initially faced some difficulties with receiving our order, the team was incredibly responsive once we got in touch. Jurgen, one of their agents, called me back immediately and a few times after that to find a solution for us. He processed the refund on the same day, and despite this, the item ended up shipping anyway. We received it the next day, and Jurgen kindly gave us one of the items for free to make up for the inconvenience.

While the initial communication wasn't as quick as we hoped, the exceptional service we received more than made up for it. It's reassuring to know that they truly care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues. Thank you, Doika, for turning this experience around!

Much later delivery than promised on…

Much later delivery than promised on the web-site. Very pore communication. Eventually did get what we ordered (product is as expected and of good quality). But it took 5 week (!) instead of the 2-5 working days as mentioned on the web-site!
