One of the highlights of Pet Connect 2024 was touring Modern Animal's Culver City facility with Chief Veterinary Officer Christie Long, DVM, and seeing CASCO Pet's WELLKennels. WELLKennels are glass enclosures that replace traditional metal cages. These provide better temperature control, integrated lighting, and oxygen delivery capabilities while creating a calmer environment for patients. For me, the visit underscored the importance of design-forward thinking, tech enablement, and reimagining traditional approaches to better serve both pets and practitioners. Looking forward to hosting Dr. Long and Casco Pet on future episodes of Petworking, where we'll dive into future trends in veterinary medicine in greater detail!

What an amazing three days at Pet Connect It was inspiring to connect with like-minded pet innovators and passionate veterinarians who resonated with FareVet mission of providing easier access to affordable pet care. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took the time to listen, share ideas, and express the same passion for improving pet health.
