DVIS becomes the 18th school in the Chatsworth Schools’ global family 💜   Da Vinci International School (DVIS) is a family-focused boutique international school in the heart of Antwerp, Belgium with over forty student nationalities and was founded by Ms Ilse De Souter 27 years ago. In 2025 and always this is pretty much my mantra! The only thing certain in this crazy world of education now is uncertainty and change. BUT That doesn't have to be a bad thing ❌ Not if you can find... ✅ Your people - a professional network and team that 'get' you and what you bring to the party. ✅ A way to get things done - in my experience, if you can be a do-er then you've got a great chance of succeeding. ✅ Laughter in the darkest moments - it really does help you through when in the trenches, particularly in a team on a mission. ✅ A mission that you believe in - like I have at Chatsworth Schools and Blenheim Schools through Anita GLEAVE's inspirational vision of inclusive education. It's so much easier and more enjoyable working hard when your cause is aligned with your values. ✅ Acceptance in imperfection - knowing your list will never all get ticked off because life and work will always present new challenges and priorities that you can't foresee. ✅ Strength and values in peoples differences - the world would be far poorer if we were all had the same strengths. ✅ Opportunity and energy where others see challenge and fatigue.
