I was actively involved in lobbying around the impact of GDPR, promoting best practices to members and the wider industry. I established a solid understanding of GDPR, PECR and the Comms Act and was a recognised knowledge leader. I developed detailed training and consultation documentation. I provided training on all matters relating to GDPR and on the procurement of leads and data within a GDPR environment.
