How do you use content marketing to build trust and authority with your online audience?
Todays best advice and newest idea is tomorrows fad, and staying on top of content as the world moves forward and new ideas emerge is critical. Refreshing and recycling isn’t to say you were wrong, it’s an acknowledgment that the value in content dissemination is only present when the information being shared is timely, relevant and up to date. Aged and dated content promoting out of date ideas risks negating all the benefits of doing content marketing right - namely sector specialism, interjecting the research journey with value, giving value to prospects early in the value chain etc - and potentially flips them into a negative, where you and your brand appear to be lacking the very expertise you’re trying to demonstrate.
