Recently finished re-reading #MEDDICC by Andy Whyte - incredibly insightful. (My take) Great for organisations looking to shift from sales focused interactions to buyer centric conversations. In-turn, emphasising the importance of reps being industry experts & capable solutions architects; Equipping them to understand expressed & hidden challenges, addressing root causes and effectively communicating solutions. For anyone in frequent buyer or champion roles: understanding MEDDIC offers a great framework for managing complex buying processes. All around a great recommendation!
