Choosing the right platform for promoting a brand-new product is crucial. If you’re goal is to engage Gen-Z and Millennials, then it is increasingly important to leverage the potential of TikTok and the power of virality. TikTok is the perfect breeding ground for new ideas, innovation, honest feedback and instant customer insights. Additionally, the growing trend of user-generated content (UGC) creators has also opened a new avenue for businesses to learn more about how their product is being used by consumers and the target audience. As we witness the massive boom of social media and digital platforms, it is also important that we learn how to use these tools to understand our target market and how to reach them where they are.
