🏆 NEW ROLE Head of Enterprise Sales (#2 to the CRO) 300k+ OTC 🏆 I am delighted to be given the opportunity to find a future CRO to join one of the fastest privately owned Networking, Datacentre and Cloud MSP's in London. Whilst the title for the role right now is Head of Enterprise Sales, this is a senior leadership role sitting on the SLT Managing 3 Existing Sales managers, and the remit to hire another to concentrate their focus expanding their Enterprise portfolio. The perfect candidate will be one that is already proven themselves to be a very credible leader but wants to push on with a fantastic agile orgainisation and enhance their own career in the process. One of the things I love about this company, is that they are all pointing in the same direction, all value the same 3-5 year strategy, but manage to really promote individualism in the process. The CRO is an inspiring leader who has been with the company from Sales Exec to CRO so has walked the walk, earned his stripes, but is now looking for someone to help him push the business during their next stage of growth The managers you will inherit, are all fantastic individuals and all bring something very different to the company, Some spending their careers at some of the largest Resellers in the UK, whilst others like the CRO have earned their badges, and worked their way up the corporate ladder from Junior to leader. Being Privately Run, this business Is missing all the traditional red flags.. they are not hard to do business with, they are agile, there is minimal red tape, but still has plenty of room to be even better, and is looking for people that have experienced the world outside of their own to bring new ideas to the table. What they are looking for: * A minimum of 5 years in a senior Leadership position within an IT reseller/MSP * Experience leading sales managers as well as sales people * Experience managing P&L of 50m+ * Experience with tier 1 Networking/Cloud or Datacentre Vendors * Someone with 'Speed of execution' who wants to work towards promotion This will not suit someone that worked in distribution, however Sales leaders from relevant Tier 1 vendors will be considered. The package is a whopping £300k (BASE AND OTC) with a further 50-100k in bonuses up for grabs, along with the usual perks of being a senior exec. This company is taking its time to find the right person, and whilst id typically push them into speeding through this process, you can expect a 3-4 Stage process, including and offsite with the CEO, and a presentation to the rest of the SLT. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really make an impact and be part of a very unique project.
