“It’s rare that you come across standout talent like Joanna. She expertly filled the role of Regulation and Compliance Assistant in my team and got quickly promoted to Regulation and Compliance Executive. I was particularly impressed by Joanna’s communication skills and ability to deliver powerful product demonstrations and handle even the toughest clients - effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to her. No matter how tense a meeting, she always kept her cool. Joanna would be an asset to any team.”

What do you do if your energy levels are low but you need to maximize productivity?
For me if energy levels are low I always think of a podcast psychologist that I once listened to although his name escapes me unfortunately, but he said really the human brain only has the capacity to concentrate for increments of 20-40 minutes at a time, therefore if energy levels or concentration and focus is low, I will do a task for 20 minutes and then reward my brain with a 10 minute break in order to refocus on the next task ahead and stick to this break schedule ever 20 minutes. This has massively increased my productivity throughout the days of low energy or focus.
