  • Introduction of new Forecasting system

    Developed a full forecasting model that was by SKU illustrating contribution - and flexible enough to allow various what if scenarios to enable the account managers / business make the most commercially viable decisions.
    This involved developing the tool and training the full team - was rolled out as pivotal tool for the whole business as helped sales / marketing / finance / production

  • Baby and children’s range

    Created a range of Bell range of Baby and Children’s range. Previously was a miss match of products which were designed back in the 60’s !!. Created a comprehensive range of products in a strong modern branded range with strong shelf impact. This range is also supported with regulatory required CTD’s that were previously missing too. As as result Bells now have an excellent range of quality product all produced in the UK with full Regulartory support. Ideal for both existing and new markets

  • Updated website

    -

    The old website was not only dated but actually still featured discontinued lines - to further complicate the project the previous hosting company had ceased trading so Bells had control of this. Designed a new one that Bells now control the CMS - so we can update and amend as needed in house. Also reflects the current re branded ranges. A real benefit for the whole company and our International distributors

  • Menthodex Rebranding

    -

    Rebranded and extended the Menthodex range our leading export brand. Increased the range and the shelf presence with introducing 5 new lines to a range of 2. Equally the range has regulatory support too with the Me Rhodes cough now having a completed CTD. Making this range ideal for both existing markets and news ones too.

    Created budget / forecasting model for UK business to go along side Export sales.With actuals added too. Allowing business reviews with a great deal of flexibility via pivot tables- Volume Value and Margin. By customer by category by brand by market sector etc. This powerful tool also facilitates What if scenarios
