“I worked with Cath a few years ago on one of my CRM projects, where she was the customer’s lead business analyst. Although she had lots of IT and business analysis experience, Cath had not previously had a lot of exposure to Dynamics CRM. As the project progressed she very quickly became incredibly knowledgeable about CRM, both out of the box and how it could be customised to meet the complex requirements of the business. By the time the project concluded Cath was very much the CRM subject matter expert, and the obvious next step for her was position as a CRM Consultant. Cath is great with customers, hard-working and has excellent product knowledge. I would recommend Cath to any organisation looking for a talented CRM consultant and would welcome the chance to work with her again at some stage. ”
