The first half year of 2024 has sailed and concludes a wonderful six months of cruise in #Rotterdam. With gratefully 63 cruiseship visits so far, it has been a great start of what looks to become an extraordinary great year. The winter cruises in North-Western Europe with both AIDAnova (AIDA Cruises) and MSC Euribia (MSC Cruises), the return of Rotterdam (Holland America Line) to her homeport, start of the turnaround season with Celebrity Silhouette (Celebrity Cruises) and celebrating our 2.500.000th guest are some of the highlights that we have been allowed to experience since January. As Cruise Port Rotterdam we look forward to continue to welcome cruise vessels this year until 31st of December. Cruise is highly appreciated in Rotterdam and that’s not only our saying…. In 2003, my late business partner Gale and I both needed flexible home-working to look after our young children. We were also ambitious and wanted a job that would be challenging and interesting. We could not find companies that would offer the right conditions, so we founded our own: Worldwide Attractions!  In those days it was thought by many that it was not possible to do a great job from your home, but, although we did not have the same fabulous tools that there are now (when we started, we had a fax machine!!), we got great results for our clients and the business grew.  We offered the same flexible working to the people we recruited.
