Not Safe For Work (kind of... but watch it anyway). It's a double drop this week and we've got another big brand video, this time for our UK audience. Warning - it's a bit spicy this one and possibly not to be watched in front of bosses / family / anyone you don't want see risqué content... OUR BODY WASH REFILLS ARE BREAKING DOWN?!?! Well, yes. But that's the point... This World Vegan Day we’re shining a spotlight on our innovative body wash refills ♻️ They are made from a material called Vivomer which is a vegan, compostable material made from microbes. Once disposed, it will fully break down in any soil or marine environment, leaving absolutely no micro-plastics behind. These images show our body wash bottle after 8 weeks in a composter 🤯 How does it work? There are microbes in soil that exist naturally and in large numbers 🦠 When these microbes come into contact with the body wash bottle, they will recognise it as a food source and begin to break it down. It will only break down when in contact with compost soil. After feedback about our original bamboo bottle not lasting long enough in your shower, we have switched over to this new innovative material that will help both the planet and your shower routine 🚿 Our mission to eradicate single-use plastic from the bathroom is at the heart of everything we do, and we couldn't do it without our incredible customers whose feedback shapes all new product iterations and decisions.

We’re big believers in lifelong learning and want to empower our team to continuously develop their skillsets in a diverse range of topics. 💪 We've done a range of engaging and valuable courses, such as presentation skills, project management and management training. We're also currently running company-wide bias training. We couldn't be Wild without supporting our team to do so - how else could we come up with all of our wacky scents!?

An ode to the dreamiest of dream clients: Wild I've been fortunate enough to be working with the team at Wild through Peerpod since 2023, off the back of them being named the UK's fastest growing company by The Times. Little did I know a trial management training cohort would blossom into a deep and expansive relationship now entering it's 3rd year. So what makes them so dreamy? Well, here's a few highlights: ⭐️ I've got to shout out Sophie Simmonds first and foremost. Real vision for the role of L&D in an organisation, rich and plentiful feedback on how we can improve almost every aspect of what we do, and total buy in to the Peerpod philosophy for people development. Also just so happens to be an unfathomably wonderful human being. 🧠 Wild is filled with mega humans like Sophie, who I feel lucky that I get to spend so much time with. But it's their collective appetite for growth and willingness to embrace new ways of thinking that stands out, and means that our programming really has impact. Such a special group of people. 🤝 We've got buy in and backing at the very top of the organisation. And that's not just Wild CEO Freddy Ward signing off on the investment! Freddy has now become the guest of honour at the finale of our much loved Presentation Skills programme - where our cohorts deliver a presentation to showcase the skills they've acquired over the programme. It means so much to the cohorts for him to make that time and to be generous with his feedback and praise too. 🌍 And how can we forget a company with a real meaningful planet positive mission, backed up with real meaningful impact (so far diverted EIGHTY TONNES of packaging away from landfill). With the end of 2024 in sight, I've been pulling together the data from over 13 unique programmes, working with every single person in the organisation (100+), and the numbers speak for themselves: 📈 88% feel more confident and capable as a result 📈 80% have applied what they've learned and seen an impact on performance 2024 has been such a barn stormer that Wild have already increased their commitment to programming with us by over 40% for 2025. I bloody love you Wild. Thank you for your continuing support and belief in what we're building, and I cannot wait for a whole heap more magic together next year.

To celebrate Black History Month, Janaina, Angel, and Lauren from our DE&I committee hosted a lunchtime quiz at Wild HQ, bringing plenty of delicious food, fun and thought-provoking questions. October marks Black History Month in the UK - at Wild, diversity and inclusion are paramount, and we prioritise creating a space that honours people from all backgrounds. We asked the hosts what they thought of the event: “This Lunch & Learn was focused on the impact and just how deeply rooted Black, African, and Caribbean people are in not only the culture of the United Kingdom, but worldwide as well. It was a chance to recognise and honour achievements, celebrate the sacrifices that were made to get where we are now, and to open eyes to work that still needs to be done in terms of representation and equity in professional spheres.” With delicious food, thought-provoking questions, and bonus points for impromptu karaoke, it was a memorable and enjoyable lunchtime— all planned in-house by our very own Wild team!

SWIPE YOUR PITS and CHECK YOUR TITS! Last year we created the Boob Case in collaboration with breast cancer charity CoppaFeel!. We wanted to raise awareness about the importance of checking your breasts and to normalise developing a regular checking routine that works for you! While we no longer stock this case, the message still stands. Here’s an easy reminder to check yourself: 🩷When your deodorant has come to an end, refill and check your chest 🩷Your deo should last 4-6 weeks 🩷This is the recommended time to regularly check yourselves 🩷Get to know your own normal (it’s different for everyone!) Everyone has breast tissue, regardless of gender, and we encourage every person to swipe your pits & check your tits!

Did you know that 20% of the global population has dyslexia? Despite being the most common learning difference, it’s often misunderstood by those who haven’t experienced it. At Wild, we’re proud to embrace neurodiversity—several members of our team have dyslexia & they use it to their advantage! - Freddy (CEO): “I sent our very first customer email back in 2019… with the subject saying ‘DEODERENT’..🫠 Spelling may not be my strong suit, but creating great products definitely is!” - Eli (Head of Brand): “Dyslexia is my superpower. 🦸♀️I’m a really visual person and this helps me dream up creative, abstract ideas. I like to call it ‘organised chaos’!” - Andrea (Retail Executive): I think my creativity is a lot thanks to my dyslexia, and for this I’m incredibly grateful. ✨ I’ve been blessed with a brain that is able to look at the world from a different point of view! This World Dyslexia Awareness Week, we’re spreading awareness, support, and understanding to help reduce the stigmas and misconceptions around dyslexia. Let’s celebrate neurodiversity and remind ourselves that being different is a strength, not a weakness. Share your stories below ⬇️

Lunch with Emma Bridgewater ✨ We had the absolute pleasure of a lunchtime Q&A with the amazing Emma Bridgewater herself. At Wild we’re so proud to be collaborating with Emma Bridgewater on our iconic Bumble Bee print deodorant and body wash cases – so it was incredible to actually meet the woman behind the brand and to hear the inspiring story of how this household name was born. She told us about the brand’s origins, why Stoke-on-Trent is so important to her, their sustainability challenges and how it feels to be a trendsetter. Honestly, the hour flew by… we could’ve stayed all day. A massive thank you to Emma for her time and enthusiasm, as well as to the whole Emma Bridgewater team for being the best collaborators on this exciting project. Keep your eyes peeled for the next steps our partnership! 👀
