This is the second year the Financial Times and Statista have collaborated on this analysis, to identify which initiatives are contributing most to the cultivation of successful new companies. The criteria has been widened this year: · They analysed 3,000 hubs, up from 2,000 candidates last year. · Shortlisted the top 150 leaders in innovation support, up from 125 in 2024. · They targeted 38 European countries, up from 19 European nations in 2024.
