AIMA welcomes the renewed focus in Washington, D.C., on tackling the challenges in the digital asset industry that we have been highlighting and seeking to solve through our advocacy and market research. AIMA is responding to the pertinent questions on those hurdles posed by SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce, who leads the agency's new Crypto Task Force, and we look forward to discussing these issues with her at our Global Policy Regulatory Forum next Tuesday. The UK FCA's review of private market valuations will strengthen governance and investor confidence, says AIMA.   The FCA’s review of private market valuation processes, covering all private markets, including private credit, comes at a critical time for the sector.
