Working with a large number of partners within the St James's Place network, we have built up a wealth of knowledge on the products and processes required to form a successful partnership. We have stringent internal checking procedures to ensure that the expectations are always met and our team of Paraplanners undertake continuous development to further their skills. We believe that an adviser’s time is best utilised seeing clients and growing their business. However, this can only be done if they are confident that their cases are being processed in a timely and successful manner. Signature has numerous Paraplanners within the team who are supported by administrators. Collectively, we have a wealth of experience in processing all types of cases, from Investments, Pensions and Drawdown to IHT, LTC and Protection. Notably, we have extensive knowledge of St. James’s Place products, procedures and processes to enable us to write business swiftly and efficiently. Our work encompasses all aspects of paraplanning, including requesting information from providers, completing Confidential Financial Reviews, writing Suitability Letters and liaising with Business Assurance.
