We are proud to share this fly-through video of our recently completed Leeds student accommodation scheme for Scape. A striking scheme which stands amongst the tallest buildings in Leeds, the building boasts high quality accommodation for 693 students along with a phenomenal array of shared spaces and amenities. The joyful building is sure to brighten anyone’s day, with light filled, colourful interiors and an eye-catching unitised façade. Our Leeds team delivered this complex project within an extremely tight timeframe – an incredible achievement and testament to their consistent hard work and solutions-focused approach throughout. After welcoming residents to our new building in Leeds on September 14th – we’re delighted to share that progress is already being made at our newest asset in Hammersmith.   The final façade panel was last week installed at the West London development, which is due to open and welcome new students next year.   This will be the latest in our portfolio, allowing another opportunity to impress residents and provide the true Scape experience – making university life as comfortable and as exciting as possible.
