After International Women's Day, we’re reflecting on how Q5ers took action across our global offices to learn, share, and help accelerate change. Across Australia, Q5ers gathered for a virtual lunch, where they brought to life the UN Women's Day theme of turning promises into progress. They discussed the importance of coming together as a community, enhancing the workplace experience for women, and each team member made a commitment to a behavioural change/action as a result of the session. Additionally, Richard Mableson and Natalie Firth represented Q5 at an inspiring event with Aminata Conteh-Biger, learning about the incredible impact of the Aminata Maternal Foundation and its work promoting dignity for women in Sierra Leone. In the UK, Q5ers enjoyed a team breakfast and were fortunate to be joined by the fantastic Allyson Stewart-Allen. Allyson's insights left us feeling energized and ready to drive meaningful change. At our US and UK team meeting, we also hosted a panel discussion on 'Amplifying Voices and Championing Authenticity,' chaired by Q5's Shauna McDonald. In the Middle East, our female team members gathered on IWD to share stories and compare notes on their proudest moments so far at Q5. We also sponsored a special Iftar in Riyadh with W - Women across Companies, Cultures and Continents, with the aim of building a stronger, more inclusive space for executive women. At Q5, we’re committed to building a culture where every voice is heard and every contribution valued. Let’s keep working together for a more inclusive future. #IWD2025
