Organisations are on track to have four times as many citizen developers (employees outside of traditional IT roles) as professional developers. 🚀 With platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, teams no longer have to wait for IT. They're solving their own challenges and building the tools they need. What does this mean for your business? 🤔 Organisations that have embraced Microsoft Power Platform report a 48% reduction in routine IT requests, freeing up IT professionals to focus on more strategic projects. The real challenge is scaling this capability safely, with the right structure and support in place. We help organisations put the right governance and support in place, ensuring your citizen developers can innovate safely and at scale. What a brilliant day at Microsoft London for the Partner Pulse FY26 Readiness Workshop. 🚀 Last week, Alex Jones joined an incredible line up of Microsoft partners and thought leaders, all focused on one shared goal: getting match fit for the year ahead. From Microsoft's Paul McPherson take on the key priorities, Chris P.(Companial) on AI and agentic thinking, to powerful leadership insights from Oaka Studio and Sophy Gray's fresh take on modern demand generation, the day was packed with inspiring ideas! We finished strong with Eric Hall (Seer 365) on what sales excellence looks like across SMB, SMC and Enterprise followed by some great conversations over drinks. Alex left with some of the following key takeaways: ✅ AI remains at the forefront across every business area ✅ Building the right team is everything and we’re on the right path ✅ Your next hire could be an AI agent 👀 Huge thanks to everyone who made the day so impactful. FY26 – let’s go! #MicrosoftPartner #AI #Event

Yesterday we held our Quarter 2 company day 🎉 We all went go karting, which got very competitive. Tom Moore took first place (no surprise there), just another day in the office for him! Congratulations to Tess Brook who was named our Employee of the Quarter. She’s played a key role in our recent rebrand and brings such a positive energy to the team. We also said a big goodbye and thank you to Hannah Gorry who’s come to the end of her year in industry with us. It’s been brilliant having her as part of the team and we’ll definitely miss her. Thanks to everyone for making it a great day and onto Q3 we go! #team #companyday

👋 Say hello to our Managed Services Team 🛠️💻 This is our amazing team that keep the wheels turning. They support, maintain and optimise our clients' tech environments. Aman Atwal – 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 👨💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐓 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫? My first role was as a 1st Line Support Analyst, where I was thrown into the deep end managing tickets and troubleshooting issues. It taught me the value of structured processes and the importance of empathy in support, all of which laid the foundation for how I now approach Managed Services with a service-first mindset. ⚙️𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲? For me, it’s all about having a well-defined ticket triage and escalation process. When every request is prioritised correctly and flows through the right channels, it allows us to stay proactive and deliver a consistent client experience, even when things get hectic. 📖𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? I’m passionate about fitness, reading and personal development. I enjoy challenging myself in the gym, diving into books that expand my mindset and working on side projects that push me out of my comfort zone. It’s all part of a bigger goal to keep growing mentally, physically and professionally. John M. – 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 👨💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐓 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫? It was a Software Development apprenticeship when I was fresh out of School. It gave me a foundational knowledge of programming and working in an IT department of a medium-large company. Unfortunately, this ended with the 2008 recession and led to me joining the military, where the real fun began. ⚙️𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲? We use a tool called HaloPSA to manage our services. This is still in development, but it has so many features that we can use to manage our tickets and SLAs and communications with the clients. One important feature that we are keen to release soon is our Managed Services Portal, which will really boost the interactions our clients have with us. 🎸𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? I would say that my main passion is guitar, I have playing guitar for a very long time on and off. I don’t do gigs anymore but I just enjoy unwinding by playing. I have been playing more acoustic recently, but I want to get back into my electric. #GetToKnow #Team #ManagedSupport

Say hello to our Business Applications Team (Part 2) 💡 This amazing team sit at the intersection of technology and business, combining technical know-how with a deep understanding of client needs. Lydia Norton – 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 👨💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬? I began in Power Platform consulting. I got hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from service desk through to testing and delivery. 💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭? My favourite tool is Power Automate, especially using the peek code feature to troubleshoot and dig deeper into what’s really going on behind the UI. 🌲𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? Outside of work, I like being in nature. It’s where I find perspective and recharge. Gemma Johns – 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 👨💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬? My first role was developing Dynamics CRM for a large public sector project. It was a great introduction to the world of business applications and I had the opportunity to build out a Power Pages portal. That experience really sparked my interest in how digital tools can transform service delivery. 💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭? Co-pilot has become a go-to for me, especially the AI generated notes for meetings and workshops. It’s a game-changer for capturing key points and actions without breaking focus during conversations. 🚐𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? I’m currently renovating my campervan, which has been a fun (and sometimes chaotic!) creative project. I’m hoping to have it ready for a festival in August! Jack Crisp – 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 👨💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬? I started in a small consultancy company, working on large D365 Finance and Operations (ERP) projects. My first exposure to the Power Platform as a D365 System Administrator for Wahl UK. 💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭? Anything Conversational AI. More traditionally, Excel and Lucid. As both in tandem are a quick and relatively simple way to articulate and design logic for technical requirements such as plug-ins or process flows. 📚𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? I love to read, my collection is far bigger than I could ever read in a lifetime. I'm a keen traveller and driver, especially to British and European castles and historic sites. #MeetTheTeam

Say hello to our Business Applications Team (Part 1) 💡 This amazing team sit at the intersection of technology and business, combining technical know-how with a deep understanding of client needs. Alex Ward - 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 👨💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬? Junior Consultant – diving into the world of business apps and getting hands-on from day one. 💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭? XrmToolBox, specifically FetchXML Builder. It saves a massive amount of time when building complex queries for Cloud Flows. 🛴𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? I enjoy going to the gym, gardening, DIY and going on scooter rides with my son. Jason White - 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 👨💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬? I was part of the delivery team as a Power Platform Consultant, helping design and implement low-code solutions to meet client needs. 💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭? Power Automate - automating repetitive tasks, streamlining business processes, integrating different systems and reducing manual effort, helping teams work more efficiently and consistently. 🏊♂️𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? I’ve been swimming for just over two months now and I’m hooked! I started barely making it through 50 meters and now I’m swimming at least a mile a day. Matt Trinder - 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 👨💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬? I pre-date what Microsoft calls Business Applications by some distance these days 🙂 My first development role was building a VB4/SQL Server application that estimated the pricing of building the big sound-blocking fences which run along the side of motorways. My first role with what would be the forerunner of today's Business Applications was using CRM 4.0 in the financial services sector. 💻𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭? XRM Toolbox. If you need to do pretty much anything slightly technical with Dynamics or Business Applications, you can guarantee that someone will have already developed an add-in which does what you need. ⛵𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? Sailing - I'm a qualified sailing instructor and spend a lot of time (particularly over the summer) teaching beginners how to sail. 🚀Keep an eye out next week for Part Two of this amazing team! #meettheteam #BusinessApplications
