Have you ever wondered how to approach relationships with clients? 🤝 After all, a client is just as much a person as we are, and relationships with them can be similar to those we have with others in our lives – with some, they’ll be closer, while with others, more formal. The answer to the question of whether a client can be a friend is… “it depends.” 🤷♀️ And although I personally dislike this answer, in human relationships, it’s hard to establish clear rules. Much depends on the person, the situation, and the nature of the collaboration. It’s important not to confuse professionalism with formality. Working on a first-name basis can be just as professional as addressing each other more formally.
