Some exciting news from the weekend at Anglesey Circuit, the little race panda went on to the curb coming out of turn 3 and the back end come around. The panda hit the side of an Mx5 and span out onto the grass. Only 11 minutes left of the race. Nobody was injured and the car has suffered minimal damage by only bending one chassis leg and some exterior panels etc. the great news is, she will be back on track in the new year. As some of you may know, this year I decided to become a YouTube creator. What I didn’t realise, is the hours it takes to actually make the content. After an intensive few months of making videos, I needed a holiday from it. Other things in my life needed some attention. This is like any job, we need a break from time to time, to realign some structure. So a couple of weeks off and now I’m full steam ahead. So the story about town this week is about training 🥳🥳🥳🥳 All hands on deck as my good friends from Schaeffler, Nigel Mepham and the legendary Alistair Mason AAE MIMI deliver a 2 day training course on wet and dry twin clutch’s. With an added bonus of the metronices setup. Our young tech Hannah Such has been so happy with bring all this new information back, she is now the new D C Lomas Limited goto tech for gearbox Diag and repairs.
