We were thrilled to attend Mortgage Advice Bureau’s Annual Conference at the Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh last week. There were insightful sessions on the new build sector, the customer journey and the lender outlook for 2025 and beyond. We were also privileged to hear from Jamie McAnsh – motivational speaker and adventurer. He offered a thought-provoking perspective on dealing with challenges in the face of adversity and being the best you can be. Truly inspiring.

🏡 First Tenants Move Into Affordable Homes at Rowanbank in Corstorphine! We’re delighted to see the first tenants settling into Rowanbank, our latest £4.8m housing development in partnership with Wheatley Homes East. This beautiful development in Corstorphine brings 33 modern, energy-efficient flats for social rent to the community, including homes fully adapted for wheelchair users. Gillian Macdonald, a full-time carer, and her daughter Michelle are now enjoying their new home. With excellent transport links and local shops nearby, the move has brought greater convenience and comfort to their lives. 💛 This project, supported by £2.4m from Wheatley Homes East, £2.4m from the Scottish Government, and £100,000 from City of Edinburgh Council, is a fantastic example of collaboration creating life-changing homes.
