"It's given us an idea of what the future vision can be and what the opportunities are." Hear about the difference an EPR has made to University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust since it was implemented. Dr Penny Kechagioglou, Chief Clinical Information Officer and Susan Rollason, Chief Financial Officer, give us their insights. They discuss the benefits they have seen, from empowering clinicians with real-time access to patient records to improving flow and efficiency within the hospital. They also discuss the data-led future potential for clinical audits and supporting research initiatives. Channel 3 Consulting were proud to be UHCW's assurance and delivery partner for Europe’s largest (and smoothest) implementation of Oracle Health (Cerner) EPR. Whichever stage of your EPR journey you are in, from early implementation to optimising an established EPR, Channel 3 have a wealth of experience. If you would like to find out how to to get the best out of your EPR investment, contact Astrid Grant. #CauseForOptimism #DigitalTransformation #EPR

Co-production is a superpower. By involving and understanding the people who use health and care services, you get better understanding - and through the process develop richer, more innovative, ideas. Ralph Cook and the #AdultSocialCare team have embraced it and with Rich Amos alongside are creating better ways to effectively answer the difficult difficult questions we face. And for those of you attending SDinGov, be sure to get in touch with Henrietta Curzon, who'll be sharing her experiences. #CauseForOptimism #Coproduction
What is meaningful #coproduction in #socialcare? The answer to this question continues to evolve - as the sector embraces coproduction and learns how to do it more effectively. At Channel 3 Consulting we recognise we are also on this journey. We know the importance of embedding coproduction within our business, but also in the work we deliver with clients. The key for us is making it meaningful - not tokenistic. Last week we had the pleasure of hosting Rich Amos as he continued to support us on this journey. We have worked with Rich now for the last 18 months and he came and spent the day with us in London to review our #Growth Strategy and to challenge our thinking and approach to embedding coproduction within all that we do. I have to say - it was so refreshing to have his voice and humour in the room! Thanks Rich Amos!
