Our Brand Ambassadors and Direct Sales team at Crufts 2025 were non-stop—smashing our acquisition targets, making sure every dog walked away with a personalised bandana, and bringing Butternut Box to life with our arena sponsorships. Safe to say, they earned every caffeine boost! ☕🐶

Another incredible year at Crufts! Each year we try and make our stand bigger and better and each year our Brand and Creative and Direct Sales teams hit it out of the (dog) park. Some of this years highlights include: 🥗 The Bowl of Truth- a classic 🛻 Butternut Food Truck- yum! ✌️ Customised bandanas- a popular item indeed 💛 Our Howl of Fame full of adorable pooch pics- talk about views 📦 And our Box live and in action Of course, the absolute best part of Crufts is connecting with so many current and future Butternutters. Recently, our squad got hands-on (literally) at our Pets First Aid training, learning how to handle common pet emergencies. From CPR to bandaging up (stuffed) paws, we tackled real-life scenarios with the help of some very patient plush dogs. A huge shoutout to our very own Sarah Barber for leading this session! With her extensive pet first aid experience—including traveling to Ukraine with Worldwide Vets to provide life-saving care to animals caught in the war (fun fact: she treated 411 animals! 🐾 )—we were in great hands. It was an absolute success, with team members walking away equipped with life-saving skills and a deeper appreciation for pet safety. Now, whether it’s a scraped paw or something more serious, we’re ready to spring into action ⛑️

Our fresh office has many highlights, one of them being that it's conveniently located across from a Tesco Express. After closing for 6 weeks for refurbishment, it reopened yesterday to much excitement and relief from our squad (what is lunch without a meal deal option?) Thought we'd share our initial impressions ✨

Our Co-founder Kev is actually on Paternity leave at the moment but somehow has found a way to keep working vicariously through his feature in our OOH ad.  This campaign launched in London and Birmingham on Feb 3rd and will be live for the rest of the month 🤩
