🐴🐔 Down on the farm courtesy of 8billionideas and the Chatsworth Schools Foundation 🚜🐷 The trustees of the Chatsworth Schools Foundation - Anita GLEAVE, Clemmie Stewart, simon gamblin and myself are delighted to see the winners of the inaugural Grow24 competition, St. Andrew's Catholic Primary School enjoying their prize - a week long visit to Farms for City Children courtesy of 8billionideas and a 5 figure donation from the Chatsworth Schools Foundation🙌 Grow24 is a totally free programme with 6 lesson modules that inspire the next generation to connect with where their food comes from and engage with nature and sustainability. Students are empowered to develop their skills across different experiences and learn about agriculture, nature, and food, through engaging learning and activities, building up to producing a final project which gave them the chance to win them a trip to Farms for City Children. You can find out more about Grow24 here - https://lnkd.in/e3WkPYVY Farms for City Children is a truly life enhancing charity that connects children with the analogue joys and lessons of nature and the countryside in a digital world, founded by Sir Michael Morpurgo and his wife Clare. It exists to ensure that all children have meaningful access to nature through an immersive food, farming and outdoor learning residential on one of three heritage farms. You can find out more about FFCC here - https://lnkd.in/eTmJ6bne Shortly after founding Chatsworth Schools in 2019, Anita GLEAVE, alongside her fellow trustees, created the Chatsworth Schools Foundation — a UK Registered Charity. The mission of the Chatsworth Schools Foundation is: “To advance education for the public benefit and to support children of all abilities who may be disadvantaged or otherwise impeded from achieving their highest potential due to their personal circumstances or background. This mission includes, but is not limited to, bolstering educational establishments and aiding individuals within such institutions.” We look forward to working as a board of trustees to see how the Foundation can enable outstanding futures for even more children through access to educational opportunities in the future ✅ Congratulations once again to Joshua Levenson and the Grow24 award winning children of St. Andrew's Catholic Primary School! Do feel free to share more about the award winning submission in the comments, Joshua 🙏👇 Well done also to David J Harkin, Laura Kay, 8billionideas and Farms for City Children on a brilliant and truly beneficial partnership that's bought children together to think about innovation and sustainability around the world 🌍 #charitablefoundation #givingback #enablingoutstandingfutures #educationalexperiences #lifechangingopportunities

SQUAD! 💪 Love this pic of some of the outstanding professionals driving Outcomes First Group forward who just happen to be women....✅ This brilliant bunch came together today in London at the Women in Leadership Conference: ‘Driving Change, Shaping an Equitable Tomorrow’ Shamelessly stealing Claire Howarth's post from the conference: "Today, I had the privilege of attending the Women in Leadership Conference hosted by Women Leaders Institute and I’m feeling so inspired. It was an incredible experience to spend time with some of the amazing women leaders within our organisation - Outcomes First Group. Every day, I’m grateful to work for a company that not only empowers women but also encourages collaboration with such inspiring leaders. I’m especially thankful for my manager, Carmel Walberg whose coaching and support help me strive to be a better version of myself both professionally and personally." 👏 Great to see some familiar faces in the lovely picture below. It's very cool to be working in such a people-focused, talented, ambitious and supportive organisation 😎 #outcomesfirstgroup #womeninleadership #inspired #leadership

Lots of discussions on here about #internationalwomensday and lots of mixed feelings too. I get all sides of it. It’s frustrating that it’s still needed. It’s infuriating that women still have to fight for equality, fair pay, an open field of opportunities and so on. I also get that it’s far more nuanced and contextualised than a LinkedIn post will ever capture. But I’m also loving seeing my feed filled with posts about awesome, inspiring, collegiate, supportive, ambitious, talented and successful women. Yesterday, my phone shared some pics on a reel for me to enjoy. This one from GESS Dubai came first and seems pretty timely. A team of awesome women who have all had their individual journeys, experiences, challenges and successes, and all of whom have combined forces to make Beech Hall School Riyadh and Blenheim Schools so incredible. In the same way that every woman who works at BHSR is a pioneer, a leader and a role model. So join me in celebrating their brilliance. However you mark today, make it count for you and your community, in the way that feels right for you. Anita GLEAVE Tharaa F.H malack hejazi Dr. H.C. Faiza Mubeen Syeda Sheena Raheman
