About us
The NHS Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board (ICB) was formed under the Health and Care Act 2022, replacing Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group. The ICB brings together health and care organisations across Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes to collaborate and share responsibility for the health and care of our 1 million population. We are responsible for planning the delivery of NHS services to achieve the aims of our strategy to improve the health of our population, including deciding how resources are allocated.
