The 6B team had an amazing time today at the Leeds Digital Health and Innovation Pop Up hackathon - diving into the challenge of using AI image generation to make healthcare materials more accessible. Collaborating with AI specialists, developers, and designers, we explored innovative ways to simplify the creation of ‘Easy Read’ imagery - helping to improve patient outcomes and inclusivity. A huge thank you to Leeds Digital Health, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Innovation Pop Up, and Sarah Livesey for hosting such a fantastic event. The conversations, creativity, and outputs from the day were mind blowing, and we can’t wait to see where these ideas lead next.
