  • Gyewava Jonathan Kasule joined our Junior Analyst Program this year, and has been a great resource to the firm. He is a promising young man who whilst still under 6 months, was given a big responsibility of managing a payments project under our innovation lab - that seeks to leverage the blockchain technology to tokenize the Uganda Shillings. Furthermore, he supports our Relationship Managers in the SME lending segment, as a credit analyst. As part of his training for the role, he was part of a project to rework our credit policy and align it to changing regulatory environment for private lenders in Uganda. We are passionate about our people - we focus on hiring right, as the mission we are on is hard. It’s a small team, that puts in countless hours and works really hard and smart to achieve our goals.

🌟 As we approach the end of the year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to God for the incredible opportunities that have come my way in 2024. One of the biggest highlights has been joining CapitalSavvy, where I've had the chance to learn and connect with so many inspiring individuals. Their insights and support have truly opened my mind to set bigger dreams and challenge myself in ways I never imagined. I am hopeful that these blessings will overflow into 2025, Here's to embracing new challenges and opportunities in the year ahead! 🙏✨ #Grateful #NewBeginnings #Blessings #2024Goals DUC IN ALTUM

  • Innovation is at the heart of our value proposition to clients across all the business segments. For instance, our SME financing work runs on a digital platform, where we are currently building a behavioral model to better assess credit risk, where we believe "Character" is the hardest "C" among the 4 Cs of Credit, to assess. Further, we successfully integrated banking APIs to further automate how we fund our clients.
