Define your Why. That’s the first step to take if you want to develop a solid content strategy for your new product launch. Here is what I've recently learned. A couple weeks ago I’ve had a meeting with a co-founder and CEO of one architectural bureau, Kyiv — Warsaw. We’ve discussed a new product launch. They’ve asked me — How will you sell this product from content marketing strategy perspective? I’ve shared my ideas. I came back to that question again — wishing my ideas had more structure to them. So I’ve done my research. Essentially, there are 3 stages to a content strategy (also used by Steven Bartlett and his team): 1. Define your Why, first. This is an informing stage where you must answer the following questions: - Why have you created this brand? - Why do you do it? It’s not about your competition, but you. Your Why will determine: 1. Who your audience are; 2. What your platforms are; 3. What you’re posting about. You communicate your Why through values which you share with your audience. In case of the architectural bureau, the key is to create the content that only sprouts up from the Why of the bureau which is to build a home for a person as opposed to just constructing a house — safety; design; personal approach, funding, etc.. Your Why will connect you with your audience; build the loyalty and trust; turn your audience into your community; then into your customer who will eventually buy your What. 2. Create content based on your Why. I strongly believe successful marketing is all about educating your customer about your product. As the founder of Deciem and The Ordinary Brandon Truaxe — worth $200 billion; 5 brands; 400 000 items produced per day since the launch day — said “It’s all about educating your customer about the product and giving a person an opportunity to make an informed decision”. Regarding our architectural bureau, the company should build the narrative around the Why — What does it imply for the bureau's customer to build a house that he/she will call his/her home? 3. Analyse. Make the 3 steps a continual cycle. Posting is just a middle bit. Reviewing your results is crucial. To grow you must answer the following questions: 1. What are you trying new? What experiments have you done this week? 2. What have you reviewed last week that worked well that you’re going to try this week? Perform all three stages in a continual cycle. Only then your content strategy will result in the brand’s successful launch and growth. What framework / approach do you use to create content for your audience? Please share. We see generative UI as a key focus area for our assistant. The first phase involves surfacing UI components in real-time to users based on the meaning of their questions. For example, when a user asks, "Where is my order?" the assistant will display the order lookup UI component. The second phase will involve creating complete components tailored to the user's specific attributes or situation in a conversation. Think UI experiences totally bespoke to a particular user. Phase 2 will be constrained by the response speed of more intelligent models that bring the necessary consistency to code generation, so it may take some time before these are in the real world. Phase 1 already exists in our assistant, albeit in a basic form. The demo below showcases some more fancy components in a different use case compared to our own assistant...Data in the demo assistant is fake btw it's not hallucinating. Something I quickly setup with dummy data to test.

Ensuring good design in apps, programs, and websites is crucial, but what about our public spaces? Living in Poland, I've often pondered their user-friendliness. Recently, during a visit to a friend in the hospital, I encountered a modern parking facility. Multiple floors packed with cars, bustling with traffic typical of a busy public hospital. However, there was a thoughtful feature: upon ticket issuance, you enjoyed a complimentary 30-minute parking window. Convenient, right? But here's the flip side: modern doesn't always equate to accessible. Imagine this: You're racing against the clock, realizing you have just 5 minutes left of your free parking time. You dash to your car, but there are no signs indicating how long it will take to reach it. The parking structure's layout, with separate paths for entry and exit, only adds to the confusion. Finally behind the wheel, you navigate the ramps downward, each minute passing by in a blur. As you approach the exit gate, your heart sinks. Swiping your ticket, you hope you've made it in time, but you're just one minute late. Now there's a line of frustrated drivers forming behind you. It's a frustrating ordeal, made worse by the lack of clear signage and guidance. Simple informational cues can make a world of difference in such situations. Consider the common practice in airports, where signs indicating '15-minute walk,' or '5-minute walk' help travelers plan their route and time accordingly. This absence of clear guidance underscores the significance of implementing user-centric design principles in public spaces. While innovative features are commendable, providing clear and helpful information ensures a smoother and more inclusive experience for all users.
