We intend to create an active platform among students of Eastern European countries to discuss hot issues in arbitration, develop a sound legal thought and help increase the level of education in investment law and arbitration. We are delighted to announce that the University of Glasgow now hosts the Eastern European Foreign Investment Moot Court Competition - EEFI. EEFI Moot Court originates at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and features case studies based on historical events from the wider Eastern European region. The competitive element is for law students invited to present written and oral arguments and finance students invited to submit valuation reports. EEFI Moot Court is a space to connect with an underexplored legal tradition and cutting-edge practices in dispute resolution.
