Train Fitness uses patented technology to automatically detect your exercises and count reps using just the motion of your Apple Watch. Follow these tips to optimize accuracy: perform at least 3 reps per set, use real weight during exercises, and ensure your watch orientation settings match how you wear it. If errors occur, edit them to improve detection. Expect over 95% accuracy by your 5th workout as Train Fitness learns your movements.
