In our session at EBINTEC, we discussed why video banking solutions often fail to deliver the expected experience and explored the underlying reasons through real-world examples. Over the past few years, working with various financial institutions, we’ve consistently observed a similar pattern: the solution is in place, processes are running, but the experience is not at the same level. Factors such as connection quality, process flow, and performance under load directly impact the overall experience ultimately weakening customer satisfaction and leading to potential revenue loss on the institution’s side. When designed and implemented correctly, video communication can go far beyond onboarding.
