Additional Details

Project plans may include salary support for new personnel and may include costs of external consultants or companies to supplement existing expertise. Where possible, it is recommended that proposals with larger budgets be presented in two or more phases that may be funded sequentially. TOV will be involved in selecting and managing any outside contracts. The proposed funding level will be evaluated relative to size, the market opportunity, and the ability of the funding to enable the achievement of a significant inflection point in the advancement of the technology.

TOV is willing to help develop and manage proposals with investigators who seek assistance, so feel free to reach out.
