When Trump allowed Melania to watch top-secret Special Forces operation: 'Did she have security clearance?'

Melania Trump in her memoir to be released tomorrow narrated a unique experience when she was called by Donald Trump to the Situation Room in 2019 to watch a highly classified and clandestine intelligence operation against ISIS. "I was caught off guard when I received a call informing me that the president wanted to see me in the oval office," Melania wrote, as reported by The Daily Beast."I was directed to join him in the Situation Room -- a first and unique experience for me."
Melania got to know the identity of a soldier -- Colan, a black-faced Belgian Malinois US military dog who was injured in the US raid in Syria that killed ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
"After his (Colan's) recovery, we were honored to welcome him to the White House to present him with a medal for his exceptional courage," Melania wrote.
The Daily Beast noted that Melania did not have a security clearance to enter the most secure room in the White House but cited Tim Naftali to state that a first lady may access government secrets at the discretion of the president.

The New York Times called the memoir 'slim and full of obfuscations' in its review. The memoir does not include any of Melania's reaction to the grave allegations against Donald Trump -- nothing about Stormy Daniels. "Instead she writes of business ventures like her jewelry sold on QVC, a planned skin care line with “the rejuvenating properties of caviar” that never quite made it to eager customers and recent dabblings in blockchain," the NYT review said.
"If there’s a plain truth in “Melania,” it’s that she loves her son, Barron, and will protect him at all costs; and sincerely cares for imperiled children. She has an aversion to raw fish that was accommodated during an official trip to Japan, and an ongoing correspondence with King Charles III. There’s plenty about her hard-hatted but high-heeled renovation of the White House, including a tennis pavilion, and her design of a flowery new rug for the Diplomatic Reception Room," the review said.
