Hina Khan hits back at Rozlyn Khan's claims of 'lying' about stage 3 breast cancer; writes ‘Giving Zero F**ks’

Television actress Hina Khan, who had previously stayed silent despite Rozlyn Khan—a stage 4 cancer survivor—repeatedly accusing her of 'using' her stage 3 breast cancer treatment for publicity, has now subtly responded to Rozlyn through her social media.
On Friday, Hina Khan shared a video on her Instagram, where she is seen casually sipping a drink in a dramatic manner. The text on the clip read, "Meanwhile, me in my room, embracing the 'STAGE' of giving zero fcks."* She further captioned it, "Cleansing my aura, one sip at a time... Oops."

Recently, Rozlyn posted medical reports on social media, claiming they belonged to Hina Khan. She went on to disclose details of the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress's cancer diagnosis, alleging that Hina was diagnosed with Stage 2 cancer, not Stage 3, as she had previously stated.
Rozlyn accused Hina of deceiving the public, claiming that she was exaggerating the seriousness of her cancer diagnosis.
Earlier, Rozlyn also questioned Hina about her claim of undergoing a 15-hour mastectomy surgery, "How could you post that you got your mastectomy done in December's first week and travelled out of India in 3rd week? And posting videos and pictures where she is dancing and sliding and doing all ice sports etc? If any patient travels with such a big surgery not even completing 21 days of it and catches an infection who will be responsible? You know Gen Z, they copy-paste it looking at Hina. What is her social responsibility? Is not she serving us with fairy tale stories on Instagram? Just go through her journey and post yourself you will get to know how quickly she recovers and she is looking fantastic with stage 3 breast cancer. Is it humanly possible? it takes months to recover after mastectomy and radiation or she has kept things undercover, and she is releasing posts now, it’s only she who can explain things in detail but she is hiding behind the bushes."
In June 2024, Hina Khan disclosed that she had been diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. Taking to Instagram, she shared,"I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I wish to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger."
Hina added, "I kindly ask for your respect and privacy during this time. I deeply appreciate your love, strength and blessings. Your personal experiences, anecdotes and supportive suggestions would mean the world to me as I navigate this journey. I, along with my family and loved ones, remain focused, determined and positive.
