Bigg Boss 18: Nia Sharma apologises to fans for not entering the controversial show, writes 'please don't blame me'

Bigg Boss 18 is due to premiere today, and fans are excited to see who will compete for the title. There were suspicions that Nia Sharma will appear this season, but the actress has finally spoken up on the subject.
Nia Sharma took to Instagram on Sunday to apologise to her followers and supporters after announcing that she would not be appearing on Salman Khan's show this season.She wrote, "To the fans And well-wishers I have disappointed, sorry. Truly been overwhelmed by the tremendous support, love, and crazy hype! almost made me want to go inside the house for once made me realize what I've earned in the last 14 years. Can't say I didn't enjoy the hype and attention but please don't blame me. It wasn't me."
Earlier on Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 finale, Karan Veer Mehra emerged as the winner of the show. However, another important surprise made during the show delighted fans even more: Rohit Shetty revealed that Nia Sharma has been officially confirmed as one of the competitors for Bigg Boss 18. Following the announcement, Nia Sharma then responded on social media after receiving numerous calls and messages from admirers.

She revealed that she was flooded with numerous calls and messages to know about her Bigg Boss 18 participation, however, to address the buzz, she wrote, "Hi there! Please don't call or text me to ask anything about the Bigg Boss thing. Mujhe maaf kardo. Mein nahi reply karugi. (Please forgive me. I won't reply.) Not up for giving quotes or any interviews. Have an awesome day."
