John Cena has had a fair share of romantic moments with some of the top WWE superstars throughout his 23 years in the company.
John Cena has come a long way since the night he debuted against Kurt Angle on SmackDown in 2022. On his path in the WWE, he rose to prominence as the Franchise Player and led the charge as the face of the company for many years. In that time, Cena was seen having romantic moments with top-level female counterparts.
From his real-life relationship being part of the onscreen storyline to one-off exciting moments that surprised the audience, here are five women who had some interesting chemistry with The Face that Runs the Place on WWE TV:

A highly memorable segment from John Cena's early career was with then-SmackDown General Manager Stephanie McMahon. Cena came down to the ring to hype McMahon for her upcoming match with her father's mistress, Sable. In doing so, John asked Stephanie if she could slap her backside, and she told him to put his money where his mouth was. Cena did just that, with the segment garnering a huge pop from the audience.

Around 2006, John Cena was involved in a rivalry with Edge and Lita. He was scheduled to team up with Maria Kanellis against them in a mixed tag team match on RAW. Maria came to Cena's locker room, all tensed and scared. She was literally getting worked with her pressure shooting off the roof. This led to Cena planting a huge kiss on her lips to calm her down and get her ready for their match later on.

The rivalry between John Cena and Kane in 2011 tangled with the brewing romance between Eve Torres and Cena's broski, Zack Ryder. This led to Kane attempting to kidnap Eve in an ambulance, but she managed to jump out into Cena's arms as Kane drove out. In that moment, a scared Eve Torres kissed Cena which was witnessed by Ryder who was a wheel chair and left heartbroken at the sight of betrayal by his own friend.

In 2012, AJ Lee resigned from the post of RAW General Manager after being accused by Vickie Guerrero of having an affair with John Cena. This led to Cena and AJ confronting Vickie in the ring and making headlines by sharing a passionate kiss in front of her in the ring and continuing to be an onscreen pairing for the next few weeks.

John Cena and Nikki Bella created many moments as a couple on Total Divas and WWE. However, the most memorable and romantic moment came at WrestleMania 33 after they defeated The Miz and Maryse in a mixed tag team match. The Cenation Leader got down on his knees and proposed to Nikki in front of the live audience. While their marriage did not take place later on, it still remains one of the most iconic moments of romance in WWE.
