Justin Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, was asked by the hosts of Two Angry Men, Harvey Levin and Mark Geragos if there were any plans of deposing Taylor Swift. Harvey Levin has been a lawyer himself and was sure that Taylor Swift would be deposed. But Bryan Freedman said, “I don't know that we're going to depose Taylor Swift or not. I think that's probably going to be a game-time decision. I don't know that that decision has been made.”
While Bryan Freedman did not directly reveal anything, he added that, any person that “reasonably has information” which can be used to “provide evidence in this case.”
Both the hosts of TMZ’s Two Angry Men, Harvey Levin and Mark Geragos, discussed that they dont believe the case will be going to trial. Justin Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman said, “You know, I'm not really sure like whether it is going to trial or not go to trial but i just know one thing - Justin is a really great guy. I wish this was more about him and less about the negativity frankly
TMZ’s host, Harvey Levin then asked Justin Baldoni’s attorney if they already feel like they have won the PR war. Justin Baldoni’s attorney replied, “Its not even about winning a PR war. Honestly it about saving someone’s life. I mean, imagine Harvey, you being accused of something that you just didnt do or were a part of. And you’re caught up in this…”

Justin Baldoni has sued Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds but has not sued the billionaire pop star. Justin Baldoni has mentioned that Taylor Swift and Ryan Reynolds were “a part of” Blake Lively taking over control of the famous “rooftop scene” and encouraged Justin to accept the scene that Blake had re-written.

At the moment, Taylor Swift is fully focused on supporting her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, as he will be playing at the Super Bowl on Sunday.
