“He tries too hard”: Joe Burrow's outfit raises eyebrows and gets him trolled as fans compare him to Bills' QB Josh Allen

Joe Burrow, the quarterback of the Cincinnati Bengals, has been a popular face in the NFL due to his skills on the field. But with the end of the 2024 NFL season, the star player has found himself in a lot of controversies, the recent one being compared to the quarterback of the Buffalo Bills, Josh Allen. Joe Burrow has gotten brutally trolled for it.


Josh Allen is currently in Italy with his girlfriend, Hailee Steinfeld, and pictures of the two are going viral. Josh Allen has been spotted in casual outfits and this has led him to be compared to Joe Burrow. Joe Burrow was in Paris last year for the Paris Fashion Week and now he is getting brutally trolled for his outfits.
A fan took to X and wrote, “Josh Allen is a class act… Joe Burrows - hmm just weird”, while another person wrote, “This is where I don't get the love for Burrow and how "cool" he is. Dude is just f******g weird and such a try-hard”. A third fan wrote, “Joe tries way too hard”.
Another user wrote, “He’s missing the piece on his back because he’s OLine lets him get sacked so much”.

Joe Burrow’s pictures from last year’s Paris Fashion Week have gone viral when he walked the runway with a shocking outfit. Joe Burrow was seen wearing a suit that was essentially, backless. The blazer that he was wearing is from the Peter Do’s collection,
Joe Burrow even opened up about the outfit being backless. In an interview with The Rich Eisen Show, Joe Burrow said, “They gave me the choice to wear a shirt under it or no shirt under it. I thought no shirt under it looked better than the shirt under it, and they agreed, so we went with that.”

However, some fans have also defended Joe Burrow as he got trolled when compared to Josh Allen. A fan wrote, “Looks like two dudes that I love to watch play football”, while another fan wrote, “Looks confused and worried vs Modeling and having fun”.

Neither Joe Burrow nor Josh Allen has addressed all the conversations around comparing their outfits. Away from the controversies, Joe Burrow has a pretty strong and loyal fanbase. Many of them have posted about “missing” Joe Burrow since he has not been spotted in public since the NFL Honors 2025.
Joe Burrow’s dating life is also a topic for many speculations but he has strictly kept it private. He was rumoured to be dating famous model Olivia Ponton but has not confirmed it.
